Project Management Practical Workshop
This is a 15 days workshop that spans across 2 months period.
The objective of the course is to give students a chance to project manage a IT project using the PMI methodology. The students can expect to learn the 'how' in using the respective methodology to handle the typical difficulties in delivering a project as the simulated environment giving problems.
This workshop is only for students who have either attended the "Project Management 101" or familiar with Project Management Book Of Knowledge (PMBOK) by Project Management Institute (PMI).
